SUN STUDIOS RECORDING MARCH 2020
WOW What an amazing experience for John when he recorded final vocals and guitar at the world famous Sun Studios in Memphis. John had pre-recorded two new songs in the UK at his regular studios, Prism Studios in Hanley Stoke On Trent. leaving final vocal and some guitar parts to complete his dream experience. The guitar John is playing is one of Scotty Moores, the legendary guitar player with Elvis Presley and session musician at Sun Studios in the 1950's. One of the tracks is TOP SECRET while John waits for Sony Publishing and Universal to give permission to release a single first recorded by Elvis in 1956. The songs is John's unique new version of the original rather than just a cover and fingers crossed the band will be releasing the song this year.
